Civil Subpoena Requests
Please read the following carefully as these requirements will directly affect our ability to respond to your request.
Subpoenas issued by parties or individuals for information related to civil litigation (lawsuits filed in federal or state courts) must be delivered via certified mail to our office address:

Per Georgia code SIP.US, LLC does not accept civil subpoenas via email or fax.
When requesting information regarding the customer assigned a phone number, you must provide us with the telephone number being researched and the dates of service for the specific timeframe being requested since phone numbers can be ported.
Upon service of a subpoena relating to a private party civil lawsuit, please be advised that, prior to making any response, SIP.US, LLC may notify our customer of the subpoena and provide the customer with an opportunity to formally file an objection or appropriate motion to quash and/or prevent any improper disclosures.
Civil Subpoenas responses require a minimum of ten (10) business days to process but can take longer.
In the interest of timeliness, please provide an email address to which a response can be provided.
Fee for Subpoena Compliance
SIP.US, LLC charges $75.00 per hour for research (one hour minimum) for compliance with civil litigation subpoenas.
Requests for call detail records that are outside the time frame of our generally available database will require an investigation as to the feasibility, time and costs required to retrieve such records (if they are available). An individual-case-basis estimation of costs and time related to such efforts will be provided before such costs are incurred.
SIP.US, LLC will invoice the person or entity submitting the subpoena following receipt and the subpoena proponent must make payment within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Checks should be made payable to SIP.US, LLC Our remittance address is as follows:

In compliance with the Federal Communications Commission Order concerning Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) and the company’s CPNI Policy, customer information cannot be released without a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant or other formal demand from an agency authorized to request such information.
